This is a quiet-title action. Appellant, Lillian Howard, appeals from an order of the Madison County Chancery Court finding that she failed to establish an easement or rightof-way across appellee's, Willow Cramlet's, property. Appellant argues on appeal that this ruling was error. We agree and reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
