Fosher ("Fosher") pled guilty to four counts of an indictment, which charged him with racketeering conspiracy, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d), racketeering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c), interstate transportation of stolen property, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314, and conspiracy, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371.
