The appellant, Sigma Engineering, Inc., brings this appeal from a decision by the trial court to dismiss with prejudice its intervention and ordering it to pay $500.00 in attorney fees because of its failure to respond to a request for production of documents and failure to appear at the hearing on the motion to compel production.
