Schulingkamp (plaintiff) and Mary Lavalley Schulingkamp (defendant) were married on December 7, 1985. A divorce was granted on May 18, 1994. On August 19, 1994, plaintiff filed a petition for partition of community property,1 as well as a detailed descriptive list of all property...
