This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the respondents in a negligence action. The claimed negligence arouse out of an incident in which the injured plaintiff, appellant Ann Ashwood, injured her knee as she attempted to come to the assistance of a fallen horseback rider at Horseman's Park in Las Vegas.
