Plaintiff, Gray Scott Mann (Mann), appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants, Michael Singer (Singer) and Zurich Insurance Co. (Zurich), holding that Singer was not the proximate cause of Mann's injuries. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
