David Duhon appeals the judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS

Duhon alleges on February 17, 1995, he was injured during the course and scope of his employment with Snelling. Snelling's workers' compensation insurer is Credit General Insurance Company.
