Gallegos, appeals the judgment of conviction entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of attempted second degree assault, felony menacing, and possession of a dangerous weapon. He contends the trial court erred in admitting evidence of a friend's guilty plea, in rejecting his tendered self-defense instructions, and in failing to inform the jury that defendant had requested an instruction on a lesser non-included...
