This is a case involving an alleged public road or easement across Stanley Graff's property. Graff appeals from a declaratory judgment in favor of M.D. Whittle and Vernon Berry. In its judgment, the trial court held that (1) the road is a public road and (2) Whittle and Berry have an easement in the road.
