¶ 1. Michael Graves was convicted by the Circuit Court of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, for possession of Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) with the intent to distribute. After trial by jury, Graves was found guilty as charged and was sentenced to ten years in the Department of Corrections and a $5,000.00 fine.
