Defendant, Charles W. Shirah, Jr., was charged by bill of information with two counts of molestation of a juvenile, in which the incidents recurred during a period of more than one year, in violation of La.R.S. 14:81.2(A) and (D)(1), and with one count of molestation of a juvenile in violation of La. R.S. 14:81.2(A) and (B). After a bench trial, the trial court found defendant guilty on all three counts...
