Defendant, Bobby D. Honeycutt, Jr., was charged with and convicted by a jury of driving while intoxicated—fourth offense, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98. The trial court sentenced Defendant to ten years at hard labor but ordered five years of the sentence suspended and placed Defendant on supervised probation for five years with special conditions and ordered that the five remaining years be served without benefit of probation, parole or suspension...
