OPINION

STATON, Judge.

Robert Barker appeals his conviction of perjury1, a Class D felony. Barker contends that an automobile engine does not meet Indiana's statutory definition of a motor vehicle. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction.

We reverse.
