The plaintiff, Jesse Wied, unsuccessfully sought a declaratory judgment and to enjoin arbitration of an employment agreement. Arbitration is apparently scheduled for July 28, 1997; Wied has moved for expedited consideration of this appeal. We have the complete record before us, with the benefit of full briefing.
