The plaintiffs, Arlton Gregory Eppinette and Sherry Myers Eppinette, filed suit against the defendants, the City of Monroe, Phillips Contracting and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, for damages arising from an electrical shock injury sustained by Mr. Eppinette at the Monroe Regional Airport.
