District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

September 3, 1997.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

William S. Weisman, Ross Firtell and Ira L. Young of Mandel, Simowitz, Weisman, Kirschner & Diaz, P.A., Boca Raton, for petitioners.

PER CURIAM.

Based on the record, we grant certiorari and strike that portion of the order requiring discovery under Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.351; because of the objection, discovery must proceed under rule 1.310. See Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.351(b). As to the trial court's determination that petitioners were not entitled to a protective order preventing the release of the requested documents, certiorari is denied.
