A sting operation involving cocaine led to the arrests and convictions of Charles Rogers and Andrew Beagan. They, along with two others, were charged with conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute over five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and attempt to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute over five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
