Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph, the employer, appeals an order in which the Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC) awarded attendant care for eight hours a day beginning in June 1994, to be paid at a rate of $7.00 an hour for individual attendants and $12 an hour for attendants employed by agencies.
