Joyce Zagorski and Laura Velasquez filed this action against Midwest Billing Services, Inc. ("Midwest") alleging that it had violated certain provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA" or "the Act"). 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692-1692o.
