This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of the law firm in a legal malpractice case. The legal malpractice lawsuit arose out of an underlying wrongful death and medical malpractice case. In two points of error, the plaintiffs argue the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because the lawyer-defendants did not refute the existence of a duty in the underlying medical malpractice...
