Cantrell appeals his convictions of aggravated sodomy (OCGA § 16-6-2), aggravated child molestation (OCGA § 16-6-4(c)), and child molestation (OCGA § 16-6-4(a)).

The victim was age seven at the time of the offenses and nine at the time of trial. During the fall of 1994, he and his parents lived in an apartment with their cousin Brock. Cantrell, who was the victim's uncle, and Brock babysat for him at Brock's apartment. The child...
