Defendant, Nickie Jones, was charged in a four-count information. Counts I and II charged Jones with the enhanced crimes of possession of less than one gram of cocaine with intent to deliver and delivery of less than one gram of cocaine "within 1,000 feet of the real property comprising a residential property owned, operated and managed by * * * a public housing agency" as prohibited by the Illinois Controlled Substances...
