MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Before the court is defendants/counter-plaintiffs Sun Microsystems, Inc., and Sunsoft, Inc.'s, motion to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). For the reasons that follow, the court grants the motion to transfer.
