Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice and as modified affirmed and matter remitted to Oneida County Court for resentencing in accordance with the following Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting her upon a plea of guilty of manslaughter in the first degree. Defendant was sentenced as an adult in accordance with the plea bargain to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 5 to 15 years.
