PER CURIAM.

The applicant, Keith Walker, was convicted of first-degree murder in 1990, and his conviction was affirmed by the court of appeals in 1992. Walker's court-appointed counsel, attorney Edward J. Ennis, filed an application for post-conviction relief on July 8, 1994. Orders entered on May 4 and 22, 1995, authorized the appointment of substitute counsel, Tomas Rodriquez, to represent Walker.
