Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment entered in favor of defendant after a bench trial. We affirm.

On July 12, 1983, Leslie Davidson transferred real property located on Battle Creek Road in Charlotte, Michigan, by quitclaim deed to defendant and himself as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship.
