Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of arson in the fourth degree, two counts of assault in the first degree, assault in the second and third degrees, and two counts of reckless endangerment in the second degree. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment, the highest being 1½ to 4½ years. The charges arose out of a fire at 1575 Elmwood Avenue in Rochester...
