The defendants, Foremost Insurance Company, Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Foremost Signature Insurance Company ("together hereinafter referred to as `Foremost'"), appeal from a judgment entered in this fraud case on separate jury verdicts for the plaintiffs, Reginald and Patricia Parham ($3,500 in compensatory damages and $3,000,000 in punitive damages on their misrepresentation claim and $3,000 in compensatory damages and $4,500,000 in punitive damages...
