Petitioner, Ivan Jordan ("Jordan"), who is currently in custody at Ogdensburg Correctional Facility, filed a pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Jordan claims that his convictions for reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon were obtained in violation of his constitutional rights.
