Robert Lewis Jones was indicted October 11, 1991, by the Jackson County Grand Jury for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Jones went to trial in August 1993 and was convicted of possession of more than one kilogram of marijuana. He was sentenced to nine years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and ordered to pay a $6,000 fine and costs. Jones...
