This is an appeal from a trial court judgment in an action for damages by a creditor against the shareholders, officers, and directors of three corporations.

BACKGROUND

On July 17, 1984, Ecole Enterprises, Inc. (Ecole) was incorporated by Thomas G. Ferguson and Ronald J. Doucet. Ferguson served as Ecole's president, and Doucet was the corporation's secretary/treasurer. Thereafter, Ecole changed its name to Pan-Oceans, Inc. ...
