This is an appeal by Skate Country, Inc., Chef Menteur Skate Center, Inc., and the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association (LIGA) of a trial court judgment, following a jury verdict, in favor of Patti Pate for injuries she sustained when she fell and broke her hip at Skate Country Roller Rink on June 30, 1989.
