NELSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from the Twenty-First Judicial District Court, Ravalli County. Following a bench trial, the District Court awarded Plaintiffs, Lee and Donna Wareing, a prescriptive ditch easement across Schreckendgust's property, costs and attorney fees.
