BILLINGS, Judge:

Defendant Tony Perez appeals his convictions for driving while unlicensed, a Class C misdemeanor in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 53-3-202 (Supp.1995), and theft by receiving stolen property, a second degree felony in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-408 (1995). We affirm defendant's conviction of theft by receiving but vacate defendant's conviction for driving without a license...
