Joseph Chambers brought suit against Family Health Plan Corporation ("FHP") seeking judicial review of FHP's decision to deny him healthcare benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B). The parties agreed to have a federal magistrate judge hear the case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1). The magistrate judge entered judgment for FHP and Chambers appeals. We have jurisdiction...
