Enrique Flores, Jr., appeals from the final judgment entered by the district court1 after a jury found him guilty of conspiracy to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846. Flores contends that the district court abused its discretion by declining to grant a mistrial after a government witness volunteered certain testimony.
