Defendant-appellant, Heritage Insurance Company, appeals from the trial court's judgment granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Progressive Insurance Company. On appeal, Heritage raises one assignment of error, which argues that the Progressive insurance policy, as opposed to the Heritage insurance policy, provides coverage for the accident involving Jason Dawson.
