Woolsey, 673 So.2d 152 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996), petitioner, a child accused of committing a delinquent act, seeks review by habeas corpus of a detention order placing him in secure detention until further order of court. We granted the petition by unpublished order and directed the trial court to release the petitioner from secure detention,
