Jacqueline Green appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Alexander, J.) in favor of defendants Cessna Aircraft Company and Maine Instrument Flight. On appeal Green argues that the court erred by assessing the weight and credibility of her experts' opinions rather than determining that there was a genuine issue of material fact whether a defect in William Green's airplane caused it to crash.
