The defendant, William Seymour, was convicted on two indictments for first degree murder, see RSA 630:1-a (1986). Following his trial in Superior Court (Barry, J.), the defendant filed a motion for a new trial, alleging ineffective assistance of counsel, which was denied. He appeals his convictions as well as the denial of his motion for a new trial. We consolidated both appeals and now affirm.
