Defendant-appellant Daryl Young ("Young") challenges his criminal conviction, as well as his resulting sentence imposed pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G.). Young was convicted with co-defendant Dennis Johnson ("Johnson") (1) of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C) and 846, and (2) of possession of heroin with intent to distribute it...
