In this appeal from the Superior Court, the plaintiff-appellant, Marvin Collins ("Collins"), asserts error in the Superior Court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants-appellees on the basis that the statute of limitations bars Collins' claim for damages resulting from asbestos exposure.
