POPOVICH, Judge:

The appellant, Al Persia, appeals the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County denying his "Petition to Expunge." We affirm.

The facts of record indicate that a fourteen-year-old child was having behavioral and emotional problems leading to therapy. The child was referred by the Department of Human Resources for treatment of mental health issues.1
