Defendant, Raymond Mequet, appeals from his sentence for obscenity. For the reasons which follow, we affirm and remand.

The record shows that defendant was charged with obscenity, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:106, based upon the allegation that he drove his truck alongside a school bus and masturbated within the view of the school children.
