After trial by jury defendant/appellant Timothy Elwood was convicted of voluntary manslaughter as a class A felony1 and robbery as a class A felony.2 The trial court entered judgment on the voluntary manslaughter conviction as a class A felony but entered judgment for robbery as a class B felony.
