INTRODUCTION

George W., Sr. (George), appeals the order of the juvenile court terminating his parental rights to Theodore W. Tonia M., the natural mother of Theodore, relinquished her parental rights to Theodore and is not involved in this appeal. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
