Becker Holding Corp. ("Becker Holding") appeals a final judgment entered in favor of William Becker and Becker Trading Co. ("William Becker") on Becker Holding's claims of breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. Becker Holding also appeals the judgment awarding $24,515,485.59 to William Becker on his counterclaim for accelerated payment on a promissory note.
