Defendant's claim that he was illegally seized, where the prosecution presented no evidence that the "ghost", who directed the apprehending officer to stop him, had witnessed the drug transaction, is unpreserved as a matter of law, and we decline to review it in the interest of justice. If we were to review it, we would draw an inference that the ghost had witnessed the transaction (People v Ramirez-Portoreal, 88 N.Y.2d 99, 113-114...
