The plaintiff has appealed from this court's order dated January 24, 1996, in which we dismissed his second amended complaint with prejudice and without leave to file a third amended complaint, based on his failure to comply with an earlier order of this court. The order appealed from also struck plaintiff's third amended complaint which had been prematurely and inappropriately filed.
