On May 26, 1995, defendant-appellant, Darlene Hobbs, was arrested for trafficking in marijuana and endangering children in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(2) and 2919.22(A). On August 11, 1995, appellant was indicted by the Butler County Grand Jury. On August 24, 1995, appellant was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty.
